"You see high level runners, and everything really revolves around remaining loose. The more loosened up your body is, the more you're not hindering the capability of your muscles."


Ben Rosario, the executive director of the Hoka Northern Arizona Elite team, thinks that when the star of Top Gun started running, his hands became too tight.
